The Workout

ZUMBA® Is ideal for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba classes are typically about an hour long. The music comes from and inspires the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music and tango.


We offer the following variations of Zumba classes (subject to location);
ZUMBA® Gold – Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

ZUMBA® with Bursts – Take your Zumba practice to the next level with the exclusive Zumba® Burst program! Zumba® Burst fuses high intensity training concepts with electrifying fitness exercises into the well-recognized Zumba® formula.
