Our $2.2 million dollar Crunch Fitness Dee Why gym is located in the new Meriton development. What’s not to love than to be able to get fit over the picturesque view of the beach! Our awesome gym has over 1,700 square metres of gym-azing space, complete with everything you will ever need. Enjoy plenty of cardio and resistance equipment, TRX straps, kettlebells, boxing bags, a HIIT Zone with an Ultimate Training Centre and metres of astro turf Functional Training areas. And recover after your workouts in our designated Rest and Recovery lounge. All you need for your fitness journey is under one roof. Prefer group training? We have over 60 heart-pumping classes per week including (but not limited to) Zumba, Ab Blast, Barre Assets, Boxing Conditioning, Yoga and Pilates.
