With a massive 1,700 square metres of space, you will be able to take advantage of tons of resistance machines, free weights, boxing bags, TRX, kettlebells and 80 pieces of cardio equipment. That’s not all! We have over 45 group fitness classes per week, so check our timetable to see when your favourite group class is on. Some of our classes include (but are not limited too) Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Boxing Conditioning and Barre.
