It uses (Biggest Loser Trainer) Jillian’s S.H.R.E.D Method, you’ll shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance!


It has a strength component as well as a cardio component and is set to specific time. There are several rounds of creative bodyweight exercises as well as exercises utilising dumbells.
