Fitness became a passion of mine really quick. I as 115kg when I was 18 and I knew I needed change. I had a coach who finally cared about me and helped me lost almost 40kgs! It changed my life and now I am ready to give back and help others on their own fitness journeys.

  • Jps 12 month mentorship (nutrition and training fundamentals)
  • Christian Woodford 12 month internship (movement patterns and athlete development)
