With a strong focus on posture and technique, I design customised programs that build strength, confidence, and resilience. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, or high-intensity training, my goal is to guide clients toward sustainable results.

Qualifications
  • Cert III in Fitness – TAFE NSW, 2024
  • Cert IV in Fitness – TAFE NSW, 2024
  • First Aid & CPR
  • WWCC (Working with Children Check)
Experience
  • 10+ years of resistance training experience
  • Helping clients improve posture and master proper exercise techniques for safer and effective training
  • Experience training diverse clients, from athletes to beginners
  • Experience in leading group sessions: HIIT, Boot Camp, and Body Pump
