- Cert III in Fitness – TAFE NSW, 2024
- Cert IV in Fitness – TAFE NSW, 2024
- First Aid & CPR
- WWCC (Working with Children Check)

- 10+ years of resistance training experience
- Helping clients improve posture and master proper exercise techniques for safer and effective training
- Experience training diverse clients, from athletes to beginners
- Experience in leading group sessions: HIIT, Boot Camp, and Body Pump
