We often pursue fitness for physical reasons, to look good and get in shape. But I believe it’s also a process of exercising your mind. “Listening to your body, pushing yourself and truly getting to know who you are and what you are capable of.” That’s what it’s about! You learn to face your difficulties head on and rise to the challenges in life. You learn that hard work pays off in the long run. When fitness becomes a habit you become confident, powerful and are able to unleash your true potential in life. So for me, the physical benefits are just the icing on the protein bar.
