When I first began my journey into fitness I was was underweight, weak and had no confidence in myself. Joining the gym and learning to lift weights was the best decision I ever made and has turned me into the person I am today.

 

After going through my own transformation I believe I have gained the necessary skills and mindset to help you with yours and guide you every step of the way. There’s nothing more of value to me than seeing my clients going through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.

• Cert IV in Fitness (Train Fitness International) 2015
• Strength systems 1 + 2 (Australian Strength Coach)

• First Aid and CPR

• 8+ years as a Personal Trainer
• 14+ years Bodybuilding and Powerlifting training

• Building lean muscle mass
• Strength training and powerlifting
• Fat loss and weight management
• Bulking for Hard Gainers
