Eloise Mark

From training to becoming a ballerina, to becoming a personal trainer, my life has always revolved around movement and fitness. I have a huge passion to help people become stronger and to push their own limits, becoming happier and healthier versions of themselves. We will work together to transform your body composition and increase your self esteem and body confidence through the use of HIIT, functional, weight and cardiovascular training to build lean muscle, burn fat and shape the body. This will leave you looking and feeling your best. It’s all about you. Your goals become my goals. I’m here to give you all the tools, tips and accountability you need to achieve any and every goal you have, by incorporating the three key elements; individualised training, nutrition and mindset.

Qualifications
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Advanced Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance)
  • Diploma of Nutrition & Dietetics (Current)
  • Functional Masterclass (Mobility, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Power Bags)
  • Indoor Cycle certificate
Experience
  • Numerous successful client body composition transformations.
  • Personal significant muscle gain and body fat drop after being an underweight ballerina.
  • Taught a variety of group fitness classes, and instructed boot camps.
  • Previous F45 trainer.
