Achieving goals together to become the healthiest, happiest and most confident person you can be. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I am here to help you reach your fitness, health and general well-being goals. I have been involved in sports and fitness for over 10+ years specialising in Rugby League, Oztag and Volleyball. I have extensive knowledge and experience in strength & conditioning, fat loss, muscle tone and general health and nutrition.
Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Fitness (Group Fitness Instructor)
  • Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)
  • Certified First Aid and CPR
  • Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science (in progress)
  • University of New England

  • 5+ years in Strength Training and Conditioning
  • Fat and Weight Loss +Personal Body Transformation (Lost – 15kg+)
  • 10+ years Oztag Player and Coach
  • 10+ years Rugby League Player
