This is how my fitness journey began. Around five years ago, I looked in the mirror & saw a woman who needed a drastic change, both mentally & physically. I didn’t feel happy about how I felt or looked, overall, I didn’t feel healthy. From that moment on, I started to make small healthy changes within my life, which slowly accumulated to help me become the person I am today. One that is more fitter, stronger, healthier & more grateful than she ever imagined! I believe that everyone is capable of changing their lifestyle in a positive manner, in order to live a healthier & happier quality of life. As a Personal Trainer, my passion is to help people become an improved version of themselves, in both body & mind. It gives me a high sense of accomplishment & satisfaction when I have a client who has worked hard to improve their health & fitness. I always say, it takes patience, discipline, consistency & dedication to make positive changes within your life. Good things don’t come easy, that is why I am here to support you all the way!
