Alkin Keles

The passion I have for Health & Fitness started and grew from a younger age. Participation in several team sports including Soccer, I took on Health & Fitness as a personal journey. During this period, I enhanced my understanding within the fitness industry attaining a wide range of knowledge and skills to first implement within my personal growth and to then further share and contribute to my clients. Fitness to me is not a temporary change or a means of mere results, but rather a sustainable lifestyle change to improve health and well-being. My vision as a Personal Trainer is to encompass a journey with my clients to encourage and help them become a healthier version of themselves.

  • ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning (in progress)
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
