I help clients train smarter, not longer, using science-backed resistance training to build real strength efficiently. My programs are rooted in sustainability, not perfection, so you can stay consistent beyond our sessions. For me, health is freedom. It’s not about shrinking yourself; it’s about building a body and life that feel good now and into the future.

Qualifications

● Certificate III in Fitness (Group Fitness), TAFE NSW
● Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Training), TAFE NSW
● First Aid & CPR, 2024

Experience

While I’m fresh to the fitness industry professionally, I bring years of lived experience building strength from the ground up, including pole dancing, cross-country running, and progressive lifting. I know what it’s like to be a beginner and what it takes to develop lasting physical and mental strength. I now coach clients one-on-one and in group settings at Crunch Fitness Chatswood to do just that.
