Through my 7 years of personal training experience in weightlifting, body transformation and good eating habits, my clients have achieved amazing results in terms of their body goals, wellbeing, and a positive mindset. Nothing is more rewarding than watching my clients become the best version of themselves.

  • First Aid and CPR, AIF, 2017

  • 7 years of professional experience as a fitness instructor and as a PT with: body transformation weight loss, muscle gain, injury rehabilitation and prevention, flexibility and mobility, strength and endurance, and posture.
  • 10 years of weightlifting/ body building and body transformation
  • 10+ years of playing outdoor sport/ activities
