- 7 years of professional experience as a fitness instructor and as a PT with: body transformation weight loss, muscle gain, injury rehabilitation and prevention, flexibility and mobility, strength and endurance, and posture.
- 10 years of weightlifting/ body building and body transformation
- 10+ years of playing outdoor sport/ activities
