Our Crunch Fitness Rockdale gym is located at 383 Princess Highway a short walk up from Rockdale Station. Everything you need to achieve your fitness goals is here under one roof at Crunch Fitness Rockdale gym. With a massive 1,700 square metres of space, you will be able to take advantage of tons of resistance machines, free weights, boxing bags, TRX, kettlebells and 80 pieces of cardio equipment.
That’s not all! We have many group fitness classes per week, so check our timetable to see when your favourite group class is on. Some of our classes include (but are not limited too) HIIT, Pilates, Yoga and Zumba.
