Ultimate Strength is a turf class that is designed to help you achieve your muscle growing goals with a focus on increasing strength, building lean muscle, and developing a deep understanding of functional movement. With a strong emphasis on education, technique, and confidence, you’ll work alongside a knowledgeable coach that will teach you core movements such as hip thrusts, squats, and deadlifts.
