Street Fit
Street Fit is a calisthenics class. Calisthenics is a fusion of gymnastics and various forms of bodyweight training. It focuses on working up to movements like pull ups, handstands, and arm balances, using different pieces of equipment, such as bars, parallettes, bands, sliders, and more.
Reasons To Do Calisthenics:
- Practice correct technique for various body weight movements
- Learn movements you can practice in and out of a gym setting
