Pritti Prasad – Instructor Bankstown

A kick ass HIIT instructor & PT at Bankstown, who also has some seriously fun Zumba skills.

Instructing for over 10 years and teaches classes at both Bankstown and Hoxton Park Crunch. Pritti is also a qualified Personal Trainor and Zumba instructor. When she isn’t teaching, she is usually on the gym floor, strength training. She is a core part of the crunch family and teaches a seriously fun Zumba class along with mentoring her peers. You can catch one of Pritti’s awesome classes at these time slots, here at Bankstown- Total HIIT on Tuesday nights at 5pm, Ultimate Conditioning at 7pm on Thursday night and Sundays 9am Total Hiit and 9.45am Zumba®.

If you like to be pushed and motivated to help you reach your fitness goals or just want to lose your inhibitions on the dance floor, then head to one of Pritti’s classes.
