Nadine Komis – Instructor

Nadine has been instructing at Crunch Mortdale since 2017. She teaches Stretch & Strength on Wednesdays at 8.15pm and Friday’s 10.30am.

Nadine has been an instructor at Crunch Mortdale since 2017, bringing her passion for dance and years of experience in the Latin world. Her journey with Crunch began as a group fitness participant, but her love for the gym led her down the path of becoming a certified Zumba instructor.

As her dedication to fitness deepened, Nadine’s popularity grew, and she now offers some of the most sought-after classes at Crunch. Every Friday morning at 9.30am, participants eagerly attend her dynamic Burn and Firm class, where they push their limits and work up a sweat. Following that, Nadine’s absolute favourite class, Stretch and Strength, takes place, focusing on enhancing mobility and balance. This class not only aids in recovery but also helps participants maintain their fitness levels.

In addition to her Friday classes, Nadine teaches her stretch and mobility class on Wednesday nights at 8.15pm. It’s another opportunity for participants to improve flexibility and mobility while enjoying her expert guidance. Wednesdays also feature her popular Stretch & Strength class at 8.15pm, giving participants a chance to build strength and improve their overall fitness.
