KELLY BARRS has been teaching movement practices for 10 years and was drawn to Pilates when searching for a strength-based system as a compliment to yoga.
She quickly saw the benefits and knew she had to share it with others in a light-hearted and intentional way. When she isn’t teaching Pilates, Kelly is obsessed with yoga, bush walks, flat whites and food. Her happy place is being near or in the ocean!
