Connie Krol – Instructor

Connie has over 20 years’ experience coaching classes. She loves all functional training workouts.

Connie currently is the Group Fitness Coordinator for Springvale but also teaches at Chadstone and Mentone. You can catch her teaching classes such as Fatburning pilates, Bodyshred and ABC. When she isn’t teaching at Crunch, Connie expresses her creative side and can be found painting in her garage, or spending quality time with her boys.
