Who can access Crunch Live?
If you were a Crunch Fitness Australia member as of 23/03/20, you will have access to Crunch Live for FREE! This includes all Base, Peak and Summit memberships and both month-to-month and upfront payment memberships. Corporate memberships are also included.
What is my log in email?
Your log in is the email you supplied us during your Crunch enrolment. Simply check your CURRENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT for your log in email. Please note, you may have other emails in our Crunch database from past memberships or as guest profiles. The email you must use to log in to Crunch Live is the email that appears on your current membership agreement.
What is my password?
Your password is the one you chose when you enrolled in a membership at Crunch. If you didn't choose one or have forgotten it, don't worry! All you have to do is CLICK HERE to reset it. Enter the email that appears on your CURRENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT and you'll receive a link to reset or create a password.
I didn't receive a password reset email?
If you supply an email that isn't the one on your current membership agreement, you won't receive a reset link. Use the email that appears on your current membership agreement and you'll receive a link to reset or create a password. You might also need to check your junk or spam folders!
I received a password reset email, reset my password, but still can't log in to Crunch Live?
It is most likely that you are using an email that doesn't have a current membership agreement associated with it. The email might be one you used to redeem a guest pass or one you used in a past agreement. Make sure you are using the email that appears on your CURRENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT.
Can I change the email address that I enrolled with?
We unfortunately we cannot change the email address that appears on your membership agreement.
