What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is an enjoyable and easy practice that is more accessible than other types of yoga as the only requirement is to lie down and listen. In this 60 minute class you will be guided through a deep practice where you will unwind accumulates tensions, release your body from stress and direct your body into a full state of relaxation. Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Suitable for most people. If you are pregnant or with injury please advise your instructor.


Is Yoga Nidra for beginners?

Yoga Nidra is definitely a class for everyone! There will be minimal movement throughout the class and will not require a high level of skill to complete.
