Join the Run Club community as you explore the local suburb and get your strides in. This workout takes you from a warm up in club, to the local streets and back again! Each run club session completes a minimum 5km run and caters to all levels. Your coach will drive your method so you can reach your distance and support you 100%. A Great way to get your steps in and perspire to greatness!
