In this session we will look at different entries, shapes and conditioning exercises for Handstand, Crow/Crane (Kakasana/Bakasana) and Forearm Stands (Pincha Mayurasana).

Building on the basics, this week we explore some more funky and unusual arm balances and also look at the progressions for Press Handstands.

WORKSHOP 3: BACKBENDING IN HANDSTANDS & ARM BALANCES

This week we take a look at Scorpion Handstands and Forearm Stands and gain an understanding of the difference between Gymnastics/ Acro (straight) handstands and back bending handstands. You do not need to be able to handstand or backbend in order to attend this session, we will be looking at all levels of progression - from foundational right through to experienced.
