HIIT Classes


Classes such as 360Warrior, Ultimate Conditioning, Tabata and more are considered HIIT workouts.

HIIT means we exercise at a maximum intensity (85%+ of VO2 or Max Heart Rate) for short bursts followed by a rest – this can be active or complete rest.



  • Causes a decrease in the amount of ghrelin – an appetite-regulating hormone – which reduces your appetite.
  • Regulates blood glucose level temporarily, which also brings your appetite down.
