What is Alignment Flow Yoga?

This class will move from pose to pose in a smooth, easy manner, like Meditation in Motion. On a deeper level, as resistance is released and tension is shed, you will be able flow with the present moment. This style of yoga glides from postures exploring all different planes from standing to seated to all fours and finishes in a comfortable meditative position. Suitable for most people. If you are pregnant or with injury, please advise your instructor.
