HIIT Workouts

HIIT stands for ‘High-intensity interval training’. It is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating between short periods of intense exercises, along with less intense recovery periods. These workouts are designed to increase the stress levels, leading to a surge in cortisol and adrenaline. It is believed over time; these workouts can support stress coping strategies in daily life.
