BOUNCE DANCE FIT MASTER CLASS

Join Kitinn for a dance fitness class that will get your heart rate up, keep your muscles engaged and your body moving in exciting and fun ways. Groove to the latest hip hop, RnB and commercial pop tracks! No dance experience needed! All levels welcome.

 

PILOXING MASTER CLASS

Join Kitinn in a high-intensity interval workout that combines powerful boxing drills with sculpting and muscle-lengthening Pilates-style movements, and with some funky dance moves thrown in. This cardio-fusion workout will help improve your strength, stamina and balance leaving you feeling SLEEK, SEXY and POWERFUL! All levels welcome.

 

WHOLISTIC HEALTH & NUTRITION WORKSHOP

Join Fiona Noonan, yoga and pilates instructor, wholistic health coach and nutritionist for a one hour workshop focusing on wellness essentials for healing and feeding the body! Many of us are confused about what to take out and what to add to our diets and regimes. This workshop will look at what we can do to get to our optimum through focusing on health and eliminating the toxins that slow our bodies down. Learn practical tips for eating a clean diet, how to limit inflammation in the body, the importance of gut health for weight loss, exercise and sleep! Including take home recipes and fact sheet.

STEP MASTERCLASS

Join international superstar instructor Rebecca Small in a fun, welcoming and supportive class that is guaranteed to get you working up a sweat! Lunge, stomp and sweat your way through this booty building, calorie busting workout! Take it up another level using the step platform and enjoy the greatest fat burning, butt’n’thighs workout ever! Enjoy the latest EDM music as you glide your way through modern step choreography. Open to all levels and abilities. Calories burned; 400-800 calories. All levels welcome.

Meditation is now globally recognised as an effective and easy method for reducing stress & anxiety, and restoring health & wellbeing. Join Kari Hamele for an Introduction to Meditation and come to understand:

  • The what, how and why of meditation
  • How to practice meditation effortlessly
  • Why meditation is the natural antidote to stress
  • General Benefits of Meditation
  • Why thoughts in meditation are good

There will be a 20 – 30 minute guided breath meditation, and time for questions and answers at the end. By attending you will gain experience and knowledge. Kari is a professional meditation teacher. She is the founder of Meditate Love Life, a meditation studio which offers classes, courses and private sessions in meditation. She is a long-time meditator, and is committed to making meditation accessible, achievable and affordable for all people.
