80’s Overdrive – It’s the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. A total body workout that is challenging and feels like you’re training one-on-one with a private trainer. Great for all levels of fitness! Set to 80’s music.
Retro-robics – It’s a blast from the past! Work up a sweat with a touch of nostalgia in this heart pumping, traditional aerobics class. This time around, leg warmers are optional!
Retro Fatburning Pilates – This Calorie burning cardio pilates based toning class combines your love of the 80’s and 90’s with some seriously fun moves to maximize your fat burning potential. Retro FBP incorporates the flow of dance and principles of Pilates. Participants need to bring their own mat.
Retro Dance – Step back in time and dance yourself ‘fit’. Remember the Running Man, The Sprinkler, The Moonwalk, Fame, Flashdance and Footloose? Grab your leg warmers and enjoy a throwback to the eighties in this dance class
