Troy Haroyan

Troy has been passionately involved in sport and fitness for the past 9 years with involvement in Tae-Kwon-Do, progression into Rugby League, Oztag and Touch football. He has been a dedicated member of the gym for 7 years and has a deep understanding of training to transform, strengthen and rehabilitate. He is familiar with numerous training techniques, which he is able to successfully apply and adapt to both the needs of high level athletes and the general population. These techniques include strength and conditioning, HIIT style training and sports based rehabilitation.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physiotherapy (In Progress)at Macquarie University
  • Cert 4, Diploma and Bachelors Degree of Applied Fitness at the Australian College of Physical Education
  • Strength and Conditioning, Level 1, Australian Strength and Conditioning Association

  • Personal Body Transformation (Lost 20kg)
  • Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach for Sydney Uni Rugby League Club
  • Trained under supervision of Penrith Panthers Strength and Conditioning Coach, David Wayne Boyle
  • Completed Tough Mudder 2016/2017
  • Aged Care Strength Rehab Recovery program based at Strathfield Aged Care Centre
