Roula Abou Khater

Roula’s mission is to empower clients to be the best version of themselves, to be ‘Fitter, Stronger and Healthier’. She likes to push clients to their limits especially when it comes to fat loss and weight training. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the key to toning, firming and shredding a clients body while incorporating weights. It helps us build nice lean muscle whilst shedding fat. Also, a huge fan of CrossFit style training, Roula can usually be found with a kettlebell in hand. She credits CrossFit for its ability to challenge both physical and mental capabilities, turning fitness goals into reality. She enjoys training her clients with kettlebells, as it promotes rapid fat loss, strength, balance, power and overall body symmetry.

Qualifications
  • Certificate III and IV in Personal Training – AIPT
  • CrossFit Certified Level 1
  • Kettlebell Certified Level 1 and 2 – Functional Training Institute
  • FMA Strength Institute – Level 1
  • Senior First Aid & CPR
  • After School Coach

  • 8 years experience personal training
  • Training in CrossFit for 6 years
  • School Programmes Coach
  • Completed Tough Mudder and True Grit in 2016
  • WBFF Fitness Model 2017 placed 2nd in Division
