Many years ago I discovered my passion for fitness while working as a Professional Skin Therapist. I fell in love with taking care of my body inside and out and I decided to help others do the same. Being healthy and fit goes beyond just looking good. Emotional and mental health is just as important. With over 10 years of industry experience, I can help you re discover your passion for fitness. I will be there to guide and educate you every step of the way of your fitness journey. So regardless of where you are at, if you are ready to transform yourself inside and out, I’d be honoured to help you.

  • Group Exercise Instructor – From 2011
  • Qualified Zumba Instructor and Member of the Zumba Instructor Network (ZIN) – 2011
  • Cert 3 and 4 Personal Training and Group Ex Instructor from Australian Institute of Fitness – 2018
  • Master Trainer Level 1 and 2 – Australian Institute of Fitness
  • Qualified Nutrition Coach- 2018
  • Level 1 and Level 2 – Advanced Certified Boxing Instructor From Thump Boxing Pty LTD – 2019
  • Diploma of Beauty/Skin Therapist – Ella Bache College of Beauty Therapy – 2009

  • 8+ Group Fitness Class Instruction- strength, muscle toning, fat loss, HIIT
  • 10+ Zumba Instructor
  • 10 + years of Experience in the Health, Beauty and Skin industry
