My journey in the fitness world started more than 15 years ago when I decided to follow my childhood dream – to be a fitness professional. I am a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for improving client health, wellness and quality of life. I focus on high-energy training using the latest techniques in exercise science, cardio programs and strength training. My goal is to deliver fitness, weight loss and nutritional guidance for teens, adults and senior people in a fun and safe way whilst being extremely effective and tailoring programs to individual needs/ goals.
