Melissa Burrell

Mel’s bubbly & passionate personality is infectious to anyone who trains with her. Her short, sharp & energetic sessions thirst for your results. With her vast qualifications & industry experience she’s a fantastic trainer to get you the results you’re after. Focused on functional training, Mel’s HIIT & circuit training is preferred, with variances of boxing & complex strength movements. As your Trainer, she will monitor your progress through volume & intensity. Each session consists of high energy, passion & drive that is catered to your individual goals and ability.

  • Bachelor Degree in Sports Science/ Human Movement at Victoria University, 2016
  • Kettlebell Certifi cate Level 1 & 2, 2015
  • Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Exercise Prescription at The New-Zealand Institute of Sport, 2014
  • Level 5 Diploma in Sports Management & Exercise Prescription at The New-Zealand Institute of Sport, 2013
  • TRX, Boxing & Circuit Class Experience
