Over the last decade, I’ve worked closely with a wide range of clients, from athletes, dancers, and professionals to seniors and geriatrics, to improve their lives with Malosi Training. ‘Malosi’ translates to strength in the Samoan language— which is where my heritage stems. It’s our philosophy of building deep strength and top conditioning through proper foundation and fundamental training.
