Everyone has a different reason for joining the gym, as a personal trainer its my responsibility to listen to your body’s needs and goals to work with you to achieve the best outcome for you. Not only will I look at your exercise/biomechanical needs, we will look at your body’s stress, sleep, nutrition and hydration needs amongst others. This is the holistic approach needed to get the desired and needed results. Your goals ultimately become my goals as well. Results for you are results for me. A healthy client is a happy client.
