Luca has been involved in strength and power sports since his childhood and has a competitive background in karate, kick boxing, mixed martial arts, bodybuilding and powerlifting. He has been mentored by some of the leading strength and body composition specialists in the world and has a strong desire in getting his clients feeling stronger, healthier and looking good.
