Luca has always lived an active life by playing competitive sports including soccer, rugby league, athletics, cross country, swimming, touch football and Oz tag. His passion for sport soon led to developing a passion for resistance training. Coming from a sporting background he likes to mix in functional training with fitness and resistance training for maximum health and fitness benefits. Luca has experience retraining people’s bad postural habits both at work and at home and reversing the long term side effects of these bad habits.

  • Bachelor of Applied Science / Sport & Exercise Science
  • Boxing for fitness Level 1 and 2
  • FIA Olympic Lifting
