Starting out a very slender kid, I have over 10 years under my belt of self improvement, training and fitness experience. Focusing on strengthening and gaining muscle mass, I feel like I have achieved some of my personal goals and I would like to focus my energy on other people and helping them feel as enthusiastic about the gym as I do. Fitness is a state of mind that transcends the walls of the gym and has allowed me to excel in all other key areas of life. I like to live by the rule that in order for your body to take care of you, you need to take care of your body and this means taking a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle including diet, exercise and state of mind.
