Kaitlyn Webb

Katie is a highly active and passionate Personal Trainer. She brings a positive and passionate personality to all her workout programs to help her clients stay motivated and engaged. She specialises in women’s toning and sculpting and has had a personal weight loss journey of over 15kgs. Her mission is to help women drop the stubborn fat and build their confidence in health and fitness. “I believe that every client deserves to get the right information and guidance specific to their lifestyle and body type. I push my clients to develop a deeper understanding on how their body burns fat and how to keep it off for good.” In our initial consultation I will help push you in the right direction, I will provide real advice and training tips to ensure you walk away feeling motivated.

  • Cert IV in Fitness and Personal Training – MSAC Institute of Training
Experience
  • Over 5 years of health and fitness training
  • Studying Biological Science at La Trobe
  • Swam competitively as a member of a Regional Club, Kilmore
  • Personal fitness achievement of a 15kg weight loss
  • Initiated my fitness journey at the age of 12
  • Mentored by Paralympian Powerlifter Jessica Gray
  • Mentored by Exercise Specialist Richie Milne
