Julie Anderson

Julie is a passionate and energetic trainer skilled at assessing and safely progressing her clients with individualised training programs. She is dedicated to helping people achieve their personal health and wellness goals, and uses weights, HIIT and/ or functional training techniques to get you there more quickly. An excellent motivator and communicator, Julie aims to create a
successful, rewarding atmosphere for all clients from 18 to 80.

Qualifications

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness
• Precision Nutrition Coach
• Pilates Mat instructor
• Absolute Yoga Instructor
• Senior First Aid and CPR
• Registered Nurse

• Brings additional skills in training to manage common health issues such as high and low blood pressure, diabetes, depression and anxiety
• Helped hundreds of people achieve their personal physique and fitness goals
