“Sometimes it’s not about the destination but the journey”

 

In 2012 I was 55kg and wanted a body that I didn’t have the tools or knowledge to get. After doing loads of research, coaching and trial and error I was able to build a body that I’m proud to be in today. I look at that shy 19 year old and if it wasn’t for his grit and determination, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I understand this may not be everyone’s goal to grow bigger legs and fill out a large t-shirt but the underpinning meaning here is that no matter who you are, or what your goals are together, we can work in achieving them. My philosophy emphasizes building strength whilst focusing on TECHNIQUE!

 

No goals are too big. The destination is important, but let’s enjoy the process together.

• Cert III in Fitness
• Cert IV in Fitness
• First aid and CPR

Experience

• Competitive powerlifter 3 years +
States/National Level

Specialist Areas

• Form correction with
1. Squats
2. Bench
3. Deadlift
• Also specializing in body building/hypertrophy
and general fitness
