I love to play and watch sports (specifically basketball/ NBA). In the gym I like to do primarily strength and muscle building programs. I got into Personal Training after recovering from a shoulder injury and enjoying the process of rebuilding back my strength and muscle. I then decided to follow a career where I would be able to help others achieve their fitness goals.
