“Be humble, be hungry and always be the hardest working person in the room.” I am a health and fitness freak, I love everything about working out, and I aim to train as hard as I possibly can every day. I love the feeling of seeing results in my own training and I want to help my clients find that same addictive feeling that I feel whilst working out. Whether you’re new to the fitness scene and looking to lose some weight or you’re looking to push yourself and break some personal bests, I have the dedication to make sure you hit all those fitness goals you set.

Qualifications
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (complete personal trainer)
  • Introduction to Nutrition for Fitness (short course)
  • Anatomy for Strength Training (short course)
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates
Experience
  • Over 5 years weight training experience
  • 8 years experience in rugby league
  • 8 years experience in cricket
