Daniel Crowder

As a student of exercise science, I bring the most effective methods and exercises to all training. As a trainer, I have a passion for helping others achieve goals and experience in improving performance and health. Drawing from my extensive training experience and knowledge, I tailor training programs to get you the body you want, whilst addressing the smaller details that are often overlooked.These smaller details are critical to maximise your health and getting you feeling great. If you’re ready to put in the effort, I’m ready with the knowledge, planning and motivation you need to get the results you want.

Qualifications
  • Certifiate III in Fitness – ACPE Academy
  • Certificate IV in Fitness – FIA Fitnation
  • First Aid and CPR Certified
Experience
  • 14 years martial arts experience (Taekwondo, Hapkido, Muay Thai)
  • 7 years sport coaching experience (Taekwondo, Cricket)
  • 2 years kettlebell training experience
  • 3 years weight training experience
