I got into the fitness industry to share my passion of sport and exercise with as many people as possible. I have a strong focus on the fundamentals of training and believe all movement patterns must be built from the ground up, using evidence-based principles.

I most enjoy training people who are brand new to training and the gym environment. I think it is very important for new members to feel welcomed and comfortable in the gym.

  • Certificate IV in Fitness – Australian Institute of Fitness 2019
  • Certificate III in Fitness – Australian Institute of Fitness 2019

  • 3+ years personal training experience
  • 3+ years group training experience
  • 3+ years fitness coaching (Football)
  • 5+ years gym training experience
