Need extra help with your technique? In our Strength and Conditioning classes, we have 4 main movements. A Squat, Hip Thrust, deadlift and a Lunge. In this short session, your coach will give you specific cues and tips to help you execute these exercises properly so you feel more confident in your Strength & Conditioning class.
