What is Power Yoga?
A dynamic mix of sweat and spirit, in a friendly environment. Designed to tone your body and electrify your mind. A flowing class with many levels allowing the beginner to advanced students to be challenged in the same class. Commencing with sun salutations, working through some more advanced Asana’s through to some balancing sequences and then finishing on the floor for some core focused movements followed by Savasana. This flow will torch calories, tone your body and relax your mind. Can sometimes be done in a heated yoga studio. Suitable for most people. If you are pregnant or with injury please advise your instructor.
What is a Power Yoga class like?
Power Yoga will make you sweat! You’ll perform a series of dynamic movements designed to tone & sculpt your body. You will start with easy asana’s & work your way through to the more advanced asana’s followed by core focused exercises on the floor & finish with a meditation.

This is a flowing class with many levels allowing the beginner to advanced students to be challenged in the same class. Our friendly instructors will guide & support you in modifying specific movements & techniques to suit your skill level.
