What is Pilates circuit?

Use some seriously fun gym floor toys through a series of exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates to strengthen and lengthen muscles with a focus on the mind, body and core. Equipment used may be Bosu, thera bands, reformer, pilates ball and more!
